Community Outreach & Philanthropy

In 2017, Krewe de Phillips 66 volunteer members gave back 3,800 employee community service hours.  Phillips 66 and its employees are active in numerous community programs.  Some of these programs include:

  • Bowl for Kids Sake (Big Brothers/Big Sisters Organization)
  • Phillips 66 Community Advisory Panel
  • Partners in Education (Westlake and LaGrange High Schools and Barbe Elementary)
  • Relay for Life (American Cancer Society)
  • Special Olympics
  • United Way

In 2017, the Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex provided $250,000 in grants and sponsorships to area non-profits in the focus areas of Environment and Sustainability, Education and Literacy, Community Safety and Preparedness and Civic Enrichment.  Employees and the company combined contributed $450,000 annually to the United Way of Southwest Louisiana.
